This rich history began with my visionary great-great-grandmother, who courageously opened a modest lunch home at the railway station, catering to travelers in the early years. This pioneering step initiated our family's gastronomic journey.

From Humble Beginnings to Hospitality Leaders Originating from a farming background, our ancestors diversified into the food business, laying the foundation for our hospitality legacy. My grandfather furthered this vision by establishing our first family restaurant in 1959-60 and later expanding into hospitality with a full-fledged hotel, cementing our reputation as industry leaders.
A Personal Journey of Passion and Innovation Inspired by family stories, I pursued the family legacy and became the first to venture abroad, gaining valuable knowledge in hospitality and food. Upon returning, I joined the family business but sought to create something unique. Drawing from diverse experiences and a deep understanding of customer needs, I launched my own eatery, building a loyal customer base. This entrepreneurial venture fueled my passion, driving me to expand further in the culinary industry.
